Implementing VoIP course validates associate-level knowledge and skills required to administer a voice network. In this training you will learn to demonstrate the skills required to perform baseline installations, operation and maintenance on Cisco VoIP solutions. Learn such technologies as IP PBX, telephony, handset, call control and voicemail solutions. This is a foundation course to understand the design, planning and development of converged voice and data networks that provides theatrical and practical experience. This course is structured for preparation to take and pass the CCNA Voice exam and also by being designed to empower you with the practical training that a CCNA Voice professional requires.
